A judge has permitted Universal Music Group (UMG) and Sony to proceed with accusations against Suno, alleging the AI music company pirated YouTube content for training purposes through 'stream ripping.' The judge did, however, deny the music labels' request to add an additional 61,026 recordings to the existing lawsuit, which currently includes 560 recordings.
